Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Lawrence Township, USA is hiring a Morning Packers: Warehouse Handling Operations Operator CL to support our contract logistics team. You will perform essential operational tasks in receiving, picking, packing, releasing and inventory control to ensure accurate, timely shipments.

The role requires forklift certification readiness, ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40-50 pounds, and familiarity with a Warehouse Management System.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification typically required within 3–6 months of hire.
• Valid state driver’s license preferred.
• 3 months to 1 year of relevant warehousing experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40–50 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload deliveries; verify against orders.
• Pick and assemble orders; prepare packing and labeling.
• Release orders by palletizing and routing to shipping.
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts; maintain records.
• Prepare shipment paperwork and load trucks.
• Cross-train and cover other departments as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and 5S principles.
