Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification typically required within 3 to 6 months of hire.
• Valid state driver’s license preferred.
• 3 months to 1 year of warehousing experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; picking, packing, shipping, replenishing.
• Familiarity with using WMS (warehouse management system) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods: unload, verify against bill of lading, report damages or discrepancies.
• Pick orders according to tickets; locate products and place in picking tote or cart.
• Pack orders according to instructions; check for damage and assemble customer orders.
• Release: palletize orders per specifications and ensure accuracy.
• Inventory control: count and record stock; identify discrepancies.
• Report inventory discrepancies to team lead or supervisor.
• Perform quality inspections when requested.
