Qualifications

• Knowledge of Excel and Word; Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Access database knowledge and basic data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Collects paperwork for inbound deliveries (BOL, manifests, etc.).
• Verifies trucker appointments and notifies supervisor of arrivals.
• Monitors and controls parking lot access; issues one-time passcodes as needed.
• Backs up Office Administrator and Traffic Manager duties.
• Creates spreadsheets and memos to support operations.
