Job summary

YQN Logistics Co. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns in Fontana, CA.

You will oversee a team of warehouse staff, ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency, and coordinate with transport, customer service, and other operations to meet on-time fulfillment. Bachelor's preferred; 3+ years in logistics and strong English/Mandarin skills are required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and team management.
• Profound knowledge of the logistics sector with a network of logistics service providers.
• Excellent leadership, influence, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Lead and manage warehouse associates to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor labor utilization and staffing levels to support operational demands.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process compliance.
• Coordinate with transportation, customer service, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Track and report warehouse KPIs, including productivity, accuracy, SLA performance, and labour efficiency.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA compliance standards.
• Identify operational issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Assist Warehouse Manager with workforce planning, scheduling, and operational reporting
