Job summary

YQN Logistics is seeking a senior warehouse manager to lead a team of full-time associates across our 3PL operations. You will drive staffing, training, performance, and retention while upholding safety and process standards.

Candidate should have at least 2 years of 3PL warehouse management and team leadership experience, with strong knowledge of the logistics sector and a network of providers. Chinese proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in 3PL warehouse management and team management.
• Profound knowledge of the logistics sector with a network of logistics service providers.
• Exceptional leadership, influence, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.
• Professional proficiency in Chinese speaking and reading is preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of full-time warehouse associates, staffing, training, retention, and disciplinary actions up to termination.
• Propel workforce excellence by implementing progressive strategies in performance and productivity management. Provide consistent, equitable feedback, and offer coaching and counseling as necessary.
• Direct the operational activities within warehouse settings, ensuring adherence to work instructions, workflow processes, and safety regulations.
• Administer the scheduling of employee time-offs, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Generate and distribute various reports essential for daily operations.
• Maintain the safety of the facility and uphold the integrity of the inventory.

Responsibilities

• Propel workforce excellence by implementing progressive strategies in performance and productivity management. Provide consistent, equitable feedback, and offer coaching and counseling as necessary.
• Direct the operational activities within warehouse settings. This includes conducting operational meetings to ensure adherence to work instructions, workflow processes, and safety regulations. Oversee the accurate implementation of work schedules and ensure the quality completion of tasks.
• Administer the scheduling of employee time-offs, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Generate and distribute various reports essential for daily operations.
• Maintain the safety of the facility and uphold the integrity of the inventory.
