Job summary

YQN Logistics in Buford, GA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead for our new 50,000-square-foot facility. You will oversee a team, manage scheduling, and ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations.

The role requires at least 1 year in warehouse management, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to work night shifts. Chinese language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management.
• Familiar with the logistics sector with a network of logistics service providers.
• Exceptional leadership, influence, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.
• Must be willing to work night shift.
• Professional proficiency in Chinese speaking and reading is preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of full‑time employees, responsible for staffing, training, professional development, motivation, retention, and disciplinary actions up to termination.
• Propel workforce excellence by implementing progressive strategies in performance and productivity management. Provide consistent, equitable feedback, and offer coaching and counseling as necessary.
• Direct the operational activities within warehouse settings. This includes conducting operational meetings to ensure adherence to work instructions, workflow processes, and safety regulations. Oversee the accurate implementation of work schedules and ensure the quality completion of tasks.
• Administer the scheduling of employee time‑offs, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Generate and distribute various reports essential for daily operations.
• Deliver superior customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain the security of the facility and uphold the integrity of the inventory.

Pay: $20-$25 per hour with regular overtime schedule
