Job summary

Sukup Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Distribution Center Assistant to support daily operations in our distribution center, handling customer calls and clerical work. The role includes data entry, order processing, and document keeping, with fluency in Spanish as a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is preferred, along with the ability to navigate WIP and inventory control systems and to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Clerical tasks including data entry and phone support.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory control processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in identifying parts and products.
• Read orders to determine materials, processes, and disposition.
• Data entry and reporting tasks.
• Package and handle UPS orders as required.
• Follow distribution safety policies and practices.
• Handle calls efficiently and effectively.
• Operate office machines and assist DC Manager when needed.
