Base Pay : $38,000 to $42,000 annually (based on experience)

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Coordinator manages inventory and trailer pools, updates load plans, verifies loads, and completes Bill of Lading and billing documents. Assists loaders and warehouse staff with RF issues, collaborates with Customer Service on returns, and handles quality notifications and mis-shipments to identify root causes.

Requirements
  • Punctuality and dependable attendance are essential for team success.
Shift Information

Monday-Friday, 1st shift: 8am-4:30pm

  • Overtime may be required to complete tasks
  • Occasional weekend work based on business needs
Work Environment

Distribution Center in Whiteland, IN. The environment is non-climate-controlled, with exposure to temperature changes, forklift traffic, fumes, and noise. Safety procedures must always be followed, including wearing hearing protection, eye protection, and steel-toed shoes.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and stand, squat, or bend, with accommodations if needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Office 365, SAP, and warehouse management systems
  • Experience in the transportation industry, understanding freight tendering and routing
