Akima Facilities Operations (AFO), an Akima company, is hiring a General Clerk II (CIF) in Colorado Springs to support OCIE logistics operations and warehouse functions. The role requires basic clerical skills, inventory handling, and forklift certification.

On-site work with potential for PPE use and safety compliance. The candidate should have a high school diploma and at least one year in warehouse functions, plus good communication skills for documenting and coordinating shipments and

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in warehouse functions.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be forklift certified or will train.

Mansioni

• Performs customer support functions to support OCIE logistics in combat and peacetime.
• Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Complete documents, receipts, and tally shipments with proper labeling and placement.
• Issue OCIE equipment and verify NSN and quantity against issue sheet.
• Conduct inventory and restock issuing locations; store and label items by NSN.
• Prepare equipment for issue, turn-in, shipment, or redistribution including packaging.
