Job summary

Ross in Fort Mill and Rock Hill, SC is hiring Merchandise Processors through Adecco. You will work in a climate-controlled warehouse, handling merchandise, attaching tickets, and moving items to the takeaway conveyor.

Shift options include 1st (6am-3pm), 2nd (2pm-11pm), and 3rd (10pm-7am) with pay from $15.00 to $18.00/hour plus overtime. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), plus opportunities for full-time conversion.

Qualifications

• Able to operate conveyor/roller equipment.
• Experience with pallet jacks, trolleys and power tools.
• Able to stand, walk and lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Team oriented, safety focused and reliable.
• Read touchscreen RF devices and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Locate unmarked or misplaced orders quickly.
• Attach tickets to merchandise units accurately.
• Move containers from processing to the takeaway conveyor.
• Monitor and fix box/tote jams promptly.
• Sort merchandise by size, color and type per protocols.
