Job summary

Uline in Plainfield, CT is seeking a Mechanic for its new Connecticut warehouse. You will maintain and repair forklifts, conveyors and other packaging machinery, with tools supplied and no travel required.

Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems helps, and you will keep detailed maintenance records while working safely with LOTO procedures. This full-time on-site role offers growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of mechanic experience.
• Experience maintaining Crown, Toyota and automated warehouse equipment.
• Prior hydraulic system, electrical and automated conveyor experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair warehouse equipment such as pickers, forklifts, conveyor systems, wrappers, banders and sealed air pillow machines.
• Keep detailed parts inventory and maintenance / repair records.
• Work safely using proper protective equipment and lockout / tagout (LOTO).
