Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate to manage inbound product, stock shelves, and support inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You will unload shipments, verify counts, and place items in correct locations using appropriate equipment.

Team collaboration and attention to detail are essential. The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to read alphanumeric codes, and a GED or high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Must complete and pass a company-standardized test.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment.
• Must be able to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Experience in a warehouse environment specifically with alphanumeric or RF directed stocking.
• Familiar with automotive parts.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Unload merchandise from trailers, containers and trucks.
• Match skid or box counts to Proof of Delivery docs and note discrepancies.
• Receive product, stock from vendors, store returns, warehouse transfers, and small package shipments.
• Place product in storage locations from floor level to 72 inches high, using equipment as needed.
• Research discrepancies, close batches, and release product to inventory.
• Train team members on DC target training program and ensure documentation is complete.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
