Job summary

Blueworx is seeking a Warehouse & Materials Supervisor to manage the flow of materials from receiving through shipment in Tulsa. You will lead warehouse and shipping activities, ensure inventory accuracy, and provide materials for production schedules.

The role requires supervising teams, coordinating with Purchasing/Production, and maintaining safety and organization in the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing supervision experience.
• Strong organizational and inventory-management skills.
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple priorities in a project-based environment.
• Experience operating forklifts and material-handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily warehouse and shipping activities.
• Establish priorities based on production and shipping requirements.
• Oversee Shipping Lead and warehouse personnel.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate material records.
• Review Bills of Material against inventory to allocate materials and reduce unnecessary purchasing.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Project Management, Quality, and Accounting to resolve material issues.
• Train employees on safe material handling, inventory procedures, documentation, and equipment operation.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching as needed.
• Coordinate freight for large, heavy, or oversized equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Ensure finished equipment is shipped safely and on schedule.
