Phoenix Metals Company is seeking a warehouse teammate in Wisconsin. The role involves moving inventory, pulling orders, and stocking materials with a safety‑minded approach. No diploma required beyond basics, but forklift certification and a valid Driver's License are preferred.

You will operate basic material handling equipment, perform routine tasks, and contribute to a clean, organized warehouse. Training available for the right candidate committed to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must possess a Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to meet MVR criteria as defined by regulations and policy.
• Warehousing and material handling experience preferred.
• Must obtain certification to operate motorized material handling equipment.
• Clear oral and written communication skills, legible handwriting.
• Manual dexterity and coordination required.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions applied to work.
• Basic measurement and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Complete basic, routine tasks with detailed instructions.
• Move inventory or equipment, fill orders, unload and load trucks, and assist with warehouse upkeep.
• Receive, place and return items into stock locations.
• Pull and assemble orders from shipping documentation.
• Tag material for identification and complete required documentation.
• Move material using forklift, side loader, or crane to storage or other areas.
• Operate yard truck for loading/unloading trailers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Sort and place material by size, type, or product code.
• Conduct spot checks on inventory and report irregularities to supervision.
