Job summary

TAPCO is seeking a Material Handler in Wisconsin to support receiving, storing, packing, and shipping. This role is 95% standing/moving and 5% forklift, with a 1st shift: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Pay is based on experience and there is growth potential within the warehouse team.

Training will cover stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts and other warehouse tasks. The position emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in distribution center or related role.
• 2-3 years forklift experience loading/unloading trucks.
• Experience using an Inventory Control System.

Responsibilities

• Operate needed warehouse equipment as assigned.
• Verify incoming/outgoing shipments against bills of lading, invoices, orders.
• Use WMS/handheld to process orders and update data.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE.
• Receive, store, pack, and ship products.
