Job summary

Flex is seeking a Shipping & Reveiving Material Handler for Manchester, CT to support production and logistics teams. You will move materials, track inventory, and prepare shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, maintain accurate inventory records in SAP, and ensure safety and compliance with cGMP standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Experience with warehouses, distribution, or manufacturing operations preferred.
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment preferred.
Knowledge of inventory systems such as SAP is preferred.
Understanding of regulatory requirements including cGMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Move materials to storage areas and production lines using forklifts and pallet jacks.
Organize and maintain inventory, including recording locations and cycle counts.
Prepare materials and products for shipment.
Document material movements and inventory transactions according to procedures.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect and maintain material-handling equipment and report maintenance needs.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
Collaborate with production, warehouse, quality, and logistics teams.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
