Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Recycler to operate warehouse equipment, unload recyclables, and place materials in designated areas. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and physical stamina in a fast-paced distribution setting.

The position requires operating forklifts and related gear, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting hazards. Schedule varies (Tue–Fri 12:00pm–8:30pm and Sat 7:00am–3:30pm). Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany this opportunity.

Job Title Recycler Job Overview The Recycler is responsible for operating equipment in a safe manner, unloading recyclable materials, and placing materials in the designated areas. Other responsibilities will include: Operate equipment such as forklift, clamp truck, bailer, compactor, etc. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Report any and all unsafe conditions. All other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.

• Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department, including weekends.

Physical Demands

Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, push and handle and move items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance. Ability to move throughout all areas of the distribution center. Move objects up to 250 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations. Stand and walk continuously to perform job functions. Standing, walking, lifting, and arranging product: 90% Sitting: 5% Desk or phone work: 5%
