Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Recycler to safely operate warehouse equipment, unload recyclable materials, and route items to designated areas. This role requires strict adherence to safety, solid organizational skills, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

The schedule runs 12:00pm–8:30pm Tue–Fri and 7:00am–3:30pm Saturdays. Compensation is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding omni-channel retailer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a Warehouse environment.
• Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing.
• Must be able to operate equipment such as forklift, bailer, compactor, densifier, clamp truck.
• Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department, including weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Demands

• Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, push and handle and move items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.

• Move objects up to 250 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations Stand and walk continuously to perform job functions.
