Bob’s Discount Furniture is hiring a Recycler to operate equipment safely in our distribution environment in Solon, Ohio. You will unload recyclable materials, position them in designated areas, and perform related duties to maintain efficiency and safety.

You will use forklifts and other machinery, uphold organization standards, and report unsafe conditions. The role requires flexibility in hours, attention to detail, and a positive, safety-focused mindset.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a Warehouse environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to operate equipment such as forklift, bailer, compactor, densifier, clamp truck, etc.
• Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department, including weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to move throughout all areas of the distribution center. Move objects up to 250 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations Stand and walk continuously to perform job functions. Standing, walking, lifting, and arranging product: 90% Sitting: 5% Desk or phone work: 5%
