Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Material Handler in Golden, Colorado. The role pays $22.00 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential and offers on-the-job training, health benefits, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting, with attention to accuracy and safety. Candidates should be able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Able to work in a diverse environment with punctual attendance.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy under pressure.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Maintain accuracy within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Pick, pack, audit, tote induction, stage products and load/unload trucks accurately.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks
• Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Performs other duties as assigned.
