Warehouse Material Handler job at Ryder in Golden, CO.

Ryder is hiring a Permanent Full‑Time Shipping and Receiving Coordinator.

Pay is weekly.

• Hourly Pay: $21.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $31.50 per hour
• Night Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour when assigned to night shift
• Schedule: Sunday – Tuesday plus every other Wednesday 6:00 pm – 6:00 am

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Ability to work within a diverse work environment
• Highly thorough and dependable
• Must be punctual with a good attendance record
• Performs work independently with minimal supervision
• Possesses a high degree of initiative
• Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Works using health and safety methods
• Flexible schedule availability for various shifts
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, and stage products, and load and unload trucks
• Manage day‑to‑day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours
• Perform other duties as assigned
