Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Material Handler in Golden, Colorado to join our distribution team. You will operate warehouse equipment, perform picking and packing, and support safe, efficient order fulfillment in a state-of-the-art facility with comprehensive benefits.

Expect to work with a variety of warehouse tasks, including loading, shipping, and cycle counting, while maintaining high accuracy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse function, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Perform duties within contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Process day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.

The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 an hour. Employees may be eligible for a shift differential.

In accordance with collective bargaining agreements and/or as business conditions allow, pay may be supplemented with a Shift differential. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

• Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks
• Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Performs other duties as assigned.
