Job summary

Ventura Foods Llc is seeking a reliable Material Handler to move materials, supplies and finished goods throughout the plant, operate forklifts and RF scanners, and support safe, efficient warehouse operations.

You will restack, label check, backup records, maintain housekeeping, and comply with safety programs, with attention to accuracy and attendance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic math in multiple units of measure.
• Able to operate RF scanners with training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial lift trucks (forklifts) and perform safety checks.
• Transport materials, supplies and finished goods within the plant.
• Load/unload shipping trailers and restack/palletize materials.
• Document movement using RF scanners and paper systems.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure attendance and safety compliance.
