Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Material Handler to efficiently manage materials from Manufacturing and Suppliers into our Assembly Plants and toward customers. You will operate electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, clamp trucks, and RF scanners with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of forklift experience. A drug screening is required after a conditional job offer, and candidates must be able to read safety rules and operate

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trucks and warehouse materials.
• Load outbound shipments and move materials within the plant.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete paperwork with accuracy for material movements.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
• Pass drug screening after conditional offer.
