Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum six months forklift operating experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Forklift Certification.
• Basic math skills and ability to read, interpret, and compare labels and work orders accurately.
• Ability to communicate in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Ensure accurate inventory movement and support production requirements.
• Stage materials for production and distribution activities.
• Perform manual material handling, stacking, and unloading.
• Use barcode scanners and inventory systems to track transactions.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Verify quantities and locations using measuring devices.
• Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment.
• Report malfunctions and safety hazards promptly.
