Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Material Handler in New Jersey to ensure accurate receiving, putaway, picking, packing and shipping within our Distribution Center. You will maintain inventory records, handle damaged products, and coordinate with Transportation and Customer Service teams. Forklift operation and safety compliance are essential.

Starting pay ranges from $18.85 to $25.13 per hour with opportunities for growth within a fast-growing residential solar and storage company.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a Distribution or Fulfillment warehouse environment.
• Pre-employment factors include attendance, safety orientation, and physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, sorts, stages and transports product into and out of our Distribution Center.
• Work cooperatively with other Material Handlers, Logistics Specialists, and Warehouse personnel.
• Accepts, inspects, and signs for inbound merchandise as necessary.
• Counts all products, compares to delivery document, and checks for damage.
• Reports shortages, damages, and mis-shipments on appropriate forms.
