Job summary

Total Talent Solutions in Knoxville, TN is hiring a Material Handler to load, unload, and organize materials across the warehouse. You will pick, pack, and scan orders for on-time shipment while maintaining accurate inventory using handheld scanners and WMS.

Prior warehouse experience and strong safety focus are preferred, with competitive weekly pay and benefits. The role requires standing for 8 hours, lifting up to 49 pounds, and working effectively with team members and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Basic computer proficiency including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn warehouse management systems, inventory software, and handheld scanning devices.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse and distribution center.
• Pick, pack, scan, and prepare customer orders for on-time shipment.
• Receive incoming goods and verify inventory accuracy using handheld scanners.
• Maintain inventory records, serial number tracking, and warehouse management systems.
• Support shipping, receiving, packing, unpacking, and general material movement activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all safety policies.
