Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in Fresno, CA to support distribution center operations. You will pick, pack, receive and move merchandise using RF scanners, conveyors, and pallet jacks, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely order fulfillment.

The role involves standing for long periods, lifting, and working with a team. Training is provided; overtime may be required for peak periods, with full-time benefits available.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED (or equivalent) and related experience preferred.
• Shows reliability, teamwork and ability to work independently.
• Familiar with RF scanners and basic math for handling orders.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picks and packs orders using established practices.
• Restocks picking bins from reserve storage based on WMS reports.
• Sorts, counts, and receives merchandise accurately.
• Moves product using pallet jacks and conveyors to build pallets for shipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks and labels products as needed.
• Maintains clean, organized warehouse and follows safety standards.
• Operates RF/hand scanners and adheres to attendance and quality standards.
