Job summary

Partners Personnel is hiring a Material Handler in Ontario, CA to support a fast-paced warehouse team. The role involves picking, packing, sorting, labeling, staging products, and using RF scanners/WMS to track inventory movement.

You will load, unload, palletize, and shrink-wrap items while adhering to proper material-handling procedures, ensuring accurate quantities and shipping docs. The schedule runs Friday through Monday with first and second shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, label, and stage products according to customer orders and shipping requirements.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan, track, and verify inventory movement.
• Load, unload, palletize, and shrink-wrap products while following proper material-handling procedures.
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, labels, and shipping documentation to ensure order accuracy.
• Move, stage, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
