Job summary

The Campbell's Company in West Sacramento is seeking a Distribution Material Handler to support loading, storage, picking, and shipping of products and POS materials. You will operate RF scanners and voice-picking tools while maintaining accurate inventory and safety standards.

The role runs on a 1st shift from 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with daily start-time adjustments as needed for coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to safely operate manual and powered material-handling equipment.
• Ability to use RF scanners and voice-picking technology.
• Follow labeling, inventory, and shipping procedures accurately.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers containing products and POS materials safely.
• Move products using manual and powered equipment throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, palletize, stretch-wrap, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Label products with required information and verify quantities.
• Use RF and voice-picking technology per guidelines.
• Support daily cycle counts and inventory activities.
