Job summary

Campbell's is hiring a Distribution Material Handler for our West Sacramento warehouse. You will support receiving, storing, picking, loading, and distributing products and POS materials to ensure reliable service. The role uses RF scanning and voice-picking technology to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Base rate is $22.50/hour for 1st shift (4:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., Monday - Friday). This position requires a high school diploma or GED and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to safely operate/manually/automated material-handling equipment.
• Familiarity with RF scanning and voice-picking systems is a plus.
• Ability to follow labeling, inventory, order-picking and shipping procedures.
• Commitment to safety, hygiene and housekeeping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trailers with palletized and non-palletized products and POS materials.
• Move products using manual and powered material-handling equipment.
• Sort and place products and POS materials in rack and shelf locations.
• Pick and assemble customer orders, palletize, stretch-wrap and prepare for shipping.
• Label incoming and outgoing products with required information and counts.
• Use RF scanning and voice-picking tech per guidelines.
• Assist with daily cycle counts, inventory activities and order fulfillment.
• Complete daily maintenance checks on powered equipment and report issues.
• Maintain clean work areas and clear aisles and exits.
• Follow safe lifting procedures and safety protocols.
