Job summary

GHOST Lifestyle LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to move product efficiently through the warehouse. You will support inbound, outbound, and internal transfers, and assist with cross-department needs as demand requires.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehousing, ability to stand 8+ hours, and lifting up to 35 lbs. Experience with WMS scan guns is preferred, and forklift certification is encouraged to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship B2B orders per standards.
• Receive inbound shipments and ensure inventory is processed.
• Transfer and store inbound inventory to designated locations.
• Load/unload trailers using a forklift once certified.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Use WMS scan gun to execute warehouse transactions.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Maintain attendance in line with policy.
• Perform additional warehouse tasks as required.

We're on the search for a Warehouse Material Handler to join our Las Vegas-based team. The Material Handler will support the accurate and timely movement of product through the warehouse, ensuring inbound, outbound, and internal inventory transfers are completed efficiently and safely. The Warehouse MaterialHandleris also responsible for supporting daily warehouse functions, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with cross-departmental needs as business demands require.The Warehouse MaterialHandlerreports directly to the B2B Lead.

The Deets:

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship B2B orders in accordance with company standards
• Receive inbound shipments using RF Smart and ensure inventory is properly processed
• Transfer and put away inbound inventory into designated warehouse locations
• Load and unload trailers using a forklift once forklift certified by GHOST
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
• Utilize WMS scan gun technology to execute warehouse transactions
• Cross-train in other warehouse departments as needed to support operational demands
• Maintain acceptable attendance in accordance with company policy
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations

• 1-3 years of warehousing experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to be on one’s feet for 8+ hours per day and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to use WMS scan gun technology.
• Willingness to become forklift certified through GHOST.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy.
