Job summary

GHOST is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to join our Las Vegas team. You will support accurate and timely movement of product through the warehouse, including inbound, outbound, and internal transfers, while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, shipping B2B orders, receiving shipments via RF Smart, cycle counts, and operating with WMS scan gun tech. Must be able to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 35 lbs, with forklift certification planned.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of warehousing experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse setting.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Experience using WMS scan gun technology.
• Willingness to become forklift certified through GHOST.
• Willingness to work occasional evening and weekend shifts.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship B2B orders in accordance with company standards.
• Receive inbound shipments using RF Smart and ensure inventory is properly processed.
• Transfer and put away inbound inventory into designated warehouse locations.
• Load and unload trailers using a forklift once forklift certified by GHOST.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Utilize WMS scan gun technology to execute warehouse transactions.
• Cross-train in other warehouse departments as needed to support operational demands.
• Maintain acceptable attendance in accordance with company policy.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations.
