GAC Enterprises LLC is seeking a reliable Material Handler to manage materials, supplies, and equipment within our warehouse and yard. You will keep inventory accurate, support smooth material flow, and ensure construction teams have what they need to keep projects on schedule.

The role involves tracking inventory, receiving shipments, dispatching to job sites, and maintaining documentation. You will operate warehouse equipment, follow safety procedures, and support fleet operations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to use inventory tracking systems or warehouse management tools.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage inventory levels; conduct stock audits and ensure accurate recording.
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage, verify quantities, and prepare for storage.
• Dispatch materials and equipment to job sites per project requirements.
• Maintain warehouse documentation: POs, delivery receipts, inventory logs.
• Organize and store materials to optimize space, accessibility, and safety.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, shelving).
• Report equipment issues; ensure tools remain in safe working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Support fleet operations by transporting materials or equipment as needed.

Working Conditions

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred or 3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to use inventory tracking systems or warehouse management tools
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
