Position Summary
Basic Function: Responsible for the execution of required shipping and receiving activities to meet customer requirements and internal measures.
Responsibilities
- Perform various warehouse duties including pulling of product per customer requirements.
- Prepare pulled product for shipment to the customer.
- Process inbound shipments for appropriate storage.
- Cycle counting and/or physical inventory.
- Use equipment such as forklifts (up to 50 ft), automated storage and retrieval systems, and warehouse management systems.
- Use computer-based programs for Bill of Lading, small package manifest, PC and mainframe type applications.
- Record necessary data on appropriate paperwork and/or in computer-based program(s).
- Maintain all equipment according to facility maintenance procedures.
- Perform all responsibilities in a safe manner observing all safety requirements.
- Actively support the Corporate Win Strategy.

Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to operate various types of forklifts.
- Ability to use measuring devices; tape measurer.
- Read and interpret written (English) instructions.
- Computer experience a plus.
- Work 8 hours per day, Monday – Friday (daily and weekend overtime may be scheduled as necessary and could be on a voluntary or mandatory basis, based on business needs).
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Frequently required to lift up to 20 pounds; occasionally assist in dual lifts of up to 150 pounds with another employee. Commonly lift and/or carry objects weighing 20‑50 pounds. Frequently stand, walk, use hands to handle product, pull or push product/equipment, reach with hands and arms, occasionally bend, twist, sit, stoop. Occasionally climb stairs and/or ladders. Often talk or hear. Vision: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, adjust focus. Occasionally operate forklifts from heights up to 50 ft.
- Environment: occasionally exposed to heat, cold, humidity and dust. Frequently work on or around moving equipment. Noise level low to moderate. Frequently work with deadlines under pressure and occasionally work alone.

Competitive Compensation
- Pay Range: $19/hourly to $24.63/hourly.
- Shift differential: $0.50/hour. Lead Pay: $2.00/hour.
