Parker Hannifin Corporation in Pella, Iowa, is looking for a dedicated individual responsible for shipping and receiving activities. Duties include pulling products per customer needs, managing inventory, and operating forklifts. Candidates must be high school graduates and capable of following safety protocols while working in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Function: Responsible for the execution of required shipping and receiving activities to meet customer requirements and internal measures.
Parker considers this position safety-sensitive and therefore pre‑employment testing for cannabis will be required as a condition of hire.
Physical demands: Frequently required to lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally assist in dual lifts of up to 150 pounds with another employee, lift and/or carry objects weighing 20–50 pounds, stand, walk, use hands to handle product, pull or push product/equipment, reach with hands and arms, bend, twist, sit and stoop, climb stairs and/or ladders, talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Occasionally required to operate different forklifts from heights of up to 50 ft.
Work environment: Occasionally exposed to heat, cold, humidity and dust; frequently work on or around moving equipment; noise level in the work environment is low to moderate; frequently work with deadlines under pressure and occasionally work alone.
Competitive Compensation: Pay Range: $23 to $26 per hour; Participation in Annual Incentive Program.
