Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler on the 2nd shift at our Devens, MA site. You will move materials, receive shipments, pick orders, and support inventory in a life sciences warehouse.

Entry-level candidates are welcome; forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus. The role offers hours 3:45 PM–2:15 AM, a 4-day workweek, and contract employment with potential extension.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Entry-level warehouse candidates are welcome to apply.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Pallet jack experience is a plus.
• Shrink-wrap machine experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with a strong focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and freight.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Pick orders accurately according to product number, quantity, lot, batch, or serial number.
• Move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Prepare products for shipment by labeling, wrapping, bundling, and palletizing.
• Process outbound shipments and verify quantities and shipping information.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate shrink-wrap equipment as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.
