Ryder System, Inc. is hiring multiple permanent, full-time Warehouse Material Handlers for our Spring Hill, TN facility. The role involves loading, picking, packing, shipping, and operating powered industrial equipment across a fast-paced distribution environment.

Earn $23.96 per hour with a $1.25 per hour shift premium for 2nd shift. Benefits include weekly pay, paid training, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) company match, PTO, and generous employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Maintain accuracy in picking and packing, audits, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Provide support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
