Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring for a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Material Handler at our Spring Hill, TN facility. The role involves forklift operation, picking, packing, and shipping in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
