Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver in Spring Hill, Tennessee on the 2nd shift.

The role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a safety‑conscious team in a clean, organized warehouse environment handling automotive parts and supplies. You will operate sit-down forklifts and to handles, perform loading/picking/packing/shipping, and support distribution tasks across the US.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Punctuality and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, and forklift operation.
• Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and paperwork.
• Assist with tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
