Staff Management | SMX is hiring Warehouse Material Handlers for Callaway Golf, a global leader in sporting goods. This temp-to-hire role involves a variety of warehouse operations across departments. 1st shift runs 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, with overtime as needed. Pay rate is $15.50–$16.00 per hour with weekly pay and benefits.

Training is provided; must lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long shifts in a non-climate-controlled facility. Recruitment center at SMX Fort Worth; work location in Roanoke, TX.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution environment is desired but not required.
• Training is provided to all new associates.
• Able to read, count accurately, and follow verbal and written directions in English for safety and training purposes.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. repetitively and stand/walk 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of warehouse duties, including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, labeling, sorting, unloading, and inventory handling.
• Support multiple warehouse departments as needed.
• Will cross-train and work in various departments within the warehouse.

Staff Management | SMX is hiring Warehouse Material Handlers for our premier client, Callaway Golf, a global leader in sporting goods. This role is temp-to-hire and a great opportunity for long-term employment. Associates may support a variety of warehouse operations, including picking, packing, assembly, shipping, receiving, unloading, inventory movement, and other general labor duties as assigned. Team members may be cross-trained and placed in different departments based on business needs.

Shift Information:

• 1st shift: Monday - Friday (Saturdays & Sundays required if scheduled during peak season), 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Hours are subject to change due to mandatory overtime and range between 8-12 hours (10-12 hours during peak)

Duties:
