Staff Management | SMX in Topeka, KS is seeking Warehouse Associates to join our team at Mars Chocolate - Topeka. You'll work in a climate-controlled environment, pack products, and help ensure GMP-compliant operations to maintain sanitary conditions.

You’ll have access to weekly pay, two shifts (1st and 2nd), and opportunities for advancement. Interviews are held on-site at the Topeka Workforce Center, with travel and scheduling details provided by our recruiting team.

The successful candidate will work in a relaxed, climate-controlled environment and play a crucial role in packaging our sweet and savory products while following good manufacturing practices (GMPs) to maintain sanitary conditions. Compared with other distribution jobs, this is a laid-back opportunity that will allow you to grow!

• 1 st Shift/Day Shift 6:00 am-6:30 pm $16/hr.
• 2 nd Shift/Night Shift 6:00 pm 6:30 am $17/hr.

Pay Rate:

Duties:

• Work directly with our chocolate products and be responsible for getting new products ready for shipment.
• Ensure that products are packed in a safe and sanitary manner in accordance with good manufacturing practices.
• Count products with accuracy.
• Utilizes a high attention to detail
• Follow safety, production and sanitation guidelines.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

• Able to Lift 40 pounds.
