Ryder is immediately hiring a permanent full-time Material Handler in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $19.25 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $28.87 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour for shift differential
• $0.75 pay increase after 6 months of employment

Schedule: First Shift - Wednesday to Saturday, 4:00 am - 4:00 pm (Half day on Wednesday)

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One or more years of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License (certified)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Dependable, punctual, with a good attendance record
• Ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision
• High initiative and accuracy under pressure
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Adherence to health and safety protocols
• Flexible schedule availability for various shifts
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, auditing, staging, and loading/unloading
• Manage warehouse paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading
• Provide technical support for automated packing systems during production hours
• Perform other duties as assigned
