Job summary

Lancesoft INC is seeking a Material Handler for a 24-month contract at our Whitsett, NC facility. Roles include picking, packing, and preparing orders, using RF scanners, and maintaining inventory accuracy during shifts 1 and 2.

Candidates must be reliable, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work well with others in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Shift options include first shift (06:30am–03:00pm) and second shift (03:30pm–12midnight) with on-W2 hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced position with strict deadlines.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on customer requirements.
• Ability to maintain a good attendance record.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Walk, stand, and/or sit for an entire shift.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track materials and update inventory
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of all shipments
• Grasp, grip, reach, pull, push, bend, squat, kneel and/or balance.
• Work overtime when needed.

Contract – 24 months contract

1st Shift, 06:30am – 03:00pm - $15.25 USD hourly on W2

2nd Shift, 03:30pm – 12midnight - $16.25 USD hourly on W2
