Andy J. Egan Company in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to support shop needs and deliver materials to jobsites across Michigan and the Midwest.

This in-person role requires loading and unloading, material handling, and consistent safety practices. The ideal candidate is proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word, has a valid CDL-A with N/X endorsement, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Pull materials including pipe, valves, and fittings for deliveries.

• Perform Building and Grounds Maintenance.

We are looking for a Warehouse Material Handler to support s hop needs and material handling within Andy J. Egan Company and make deliveries to jobsites throughout Michigan and the Midwest. Duties:

• Pulling various materials including pipe, valves, and fittings for deliveries
• Loading and unloading of materials on trucks and trailers
• Deliver orders to jobsites across Michigan and the Midwest (occasionally further)
• Building and Grounds Maintenance

Skills & Experience:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Suite (Required)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skillsAbility to work in fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license with N or X endorsement (Required)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicles, pickup trucks, and trailers
• Ability to operate forklift and heavy equipment
• Basic knowledge of plumbing projects, welding supplies, and HVAC materials
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
• Excellent communication skills
• Works well independently and with others
• High level of drive and initiative
• Self-motivated

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, Full-Time
• Typical hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Headquarters: Grand Rapids, MI (In-Person Role)
