Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is hiring Warehouse Material Handlers to unload and move restaurant supplies within a distribution center. This is a hands-on, physical role where you will manually unload freight from trailers and work across multiple docks during the shift.

No forklifts or warehouse equipment are used. The position offers weekly pay and production-based earnings with potential to increase income through performance, plus benefits after 60 days and paid training.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 25-75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working in freezer, cooler, and ambient environments.

Responsibilities

• Manually unload restaurant supplies from inbound trailers.
• Handle food products, dry goods, and other warehouse materials.
• Sort, stack, palletize, and organize freight.
• Move product safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Work across multiple dock areas as needs change.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete other warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity
Capstone is hiring Warehouse Material Handlers to unload and move restaurant supplies, including food products and dry goods, within a distribution center environment.
This is a hands‑on, physical warehouse position. Associates will manually unload freight by hand from trailers and work throughout the facility across multiple docks during the shift. No forklifts or warehouse equipment are used in this role.

• Freezer environments
• Cooler environments
• Ambient temperature warehouse areas

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 25-75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in freezer, cooler, and ambient temperature environments
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record
• Dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused
• Must wear steel toebootsthat cover the ankle (shoes are not permitted)
• No equipment experience required
• No forklift certification required
