Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with 5:00 AM starts and 8–10 hour shifts. Weekly production pay ranges from $500 to $1,000, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus for new hires, with training and growth opportunities across Capstone.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and handle product.
• Quietly confident in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

• Previous warehouse/unloading experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload products and freight from trailers.
• Sort and position merchandise as it enters the facility.
• Build, stack, and secure pallets.
• Move freight throughout the warehouse.
• Check and organize product as needed.
• Repack or reorganize freight when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow established safety and material-handling procedures.
• Support other warehouse functions as needed.

Capstone is hiring Warehouse Unloaders in Detroit to help keep freight moving through a busy distribution operation. If you prefer a physical job where you're active throughout your shift and your productivity can impact your earnings, this is an opportunity worth checking out.

You'll work alongside a team to unload incoming freight, organize product, build pallets, and prepare merchandise for the next stage of the operation. No two trailers are exactly the same, so you'll need to stay focused, work safely, and be ready to keep pace.

Earn More With Production Pay

Weekly earning potential: $500–$1,000

Your production-based pay gives you the opportunity to earn based on the work you complete.

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Eligible new hires can earn a total of $1,000 during their first 90 days, paid according to the following schedule:

• 30 days: $300
• 60 days: $300
• 90 days: $400
• Total: $1,000

Sign-on bonus is subject to applicable eligibility and program requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Unloading products and freight from trailers
• Sorting and positioning merchandise as it comes into the facility
• Building, stacking, and securing pallets
• Moving freight throughout the warehouse
• Checking and organizing product as needed
• Repacking or reorganizing freight when necessary
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Following established safety and material-handling procedures
• Supporting other warehouse functions based on the needs of the operation

What We're Looking For

• Able to lift and carry freight weighing approximately 25–75 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repeatedly handling product
• Able to work at a steady pace in a fast-moving warehouse
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Safety-minded and willing to follow established procedures
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Previous warehouse, unloading, or material-handling experience is a plus
• We'll provide training for candidates who are motivated to learn
