Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is hiring an Unloader in Bethel, PA. You will unload freight, organize materials, build pallets, and inspect for damage in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Training is provided for equipment, with weekly pay and safety procedures emphasized.

The position offers a hands-on, team-based role with opportunities for advancement and further training across Capstone locations. Physical work and safety compliance are essential.

• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry materials weighing approximately 25–75 pounds.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.
• Stand-up forklift and/or electric pallet jack experience is preferred.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or material-handling experience is a plus.
• No equipment experience? No problem - qualified new hires can be trained on stand-up forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks.
• Willingness to learn and safely operate equipment after completing training.

Responsibilities

• Unloading products and freight from trailers and containers.
• Moving, sorting, stacking, and organizing materials throughout the warehouse.
• Building and securing pallets for safe handling and storage.
• Inspecting freight for accuracy or visible damage.
• Repacking or restacking products when needed.
• Operating warehouse equipment after completing required training.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Following established safety procedures and operating guidelines.
• Working with teammates and site leadership to meet daily production goals.
• Performing other warehouse duties as needed.

Available Schedules

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM
• Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 4:30 AM–5:00 PM

What You'll Do
