Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates for Joliet, IL. Roles include loading, unloading, selecting, and related duties in a fast-paced environment with physical tasks and frequent lifting. This position features weekly pay and opportunities for career growth as our team promotes from within.

Shifts include 3rd, with pay ranges advertised at $650-$1100+ per week. Training is provided, and benefits begin after 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
