Job summary

Didion Milling & BioScience is seeking a Material Handler for our packaging plant. You’ll keep materials flowing, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and support production to prevent downtime.

You will maintain inventory, stage materials, restock packaging supplies, assist machine operators, and follow safety protocols. A high school diploma and forklift certification are required for this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in material handling in manufacturing/packaging is a big plus.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and organized storage areas.
• Stage materials for production to keep workflows smooth.
• Support machine operators and the production team.
• Monitor and restock packaging supplies to eliminate downtime.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and follow safety protocols.
